I found the BoomStarter page associated with this project. However, I have no idea how to contact the creators. I can't find Ramona Publishing House anywhere on the net.

Not sure of the cost but it is pretty safe to count on the postage being cheaper than anything mailed from the USA through the United States Postal Service.....
