I kind of have a feeling that the tone of this movie is going to be more like something written by Garth Ennis (like, say, Adventures in the Rifle Brigade) than a typical WWII movie.

I don't know exactly what the deal is with the spelling of the title, but one possible purpose is to differentiate it from a 70s Italian war movie of the same name (which this movie isn't a remake of).
