So I've become a fan of Touhou Project and Doctor Who lately. I would like to have a picture representing my love of both.

I would like a picture of a character combining Touhou's Reisen Udongein Inaba with Doctor Who's Fourth Doctor. Feel free to mix, match, or merge various compoments of their outfits. But do NOT leave out the long, long, ridiculously long rainbow-striped scarf!

The result MUST be female, red-eyed, light purple-haired, a moon rabbit, and not drawn in a super-manly art style.
