Writer Peter O'Donnell, creator of Modesty Blaise passed away on Monday after a battle with Parkinson's Disease. He had just turned 90. His publisher had set up a campaign to let fans send birthday greetings to O'Donnell just last week.
I am a big Modesty Blaise fan, both of the strip and novels. Modesty makes James Bond look like a sissy.
