I was initially a little skeptical about the idea of a movie about a bunch of owls (Talking animals? That's ridiculous!), but I have to say that this looks pretty cool, if a little too 300-like in places (probably not too surprising since it's directed by Zack Snyder). I've never read the books that this is based on, but this sorta reminds me of Mouse Guard just a little bit.
