This past June, after more than a three decades run, Matt Groening pulled the plug on his brilliant and trenchant weekly comic strip, Life in Hell. To commemorate its passing, twenty-two of Groening’s cartoonist friends, admirers, and sycophants payed tribute. Contributors include Sergio Aragones, Alison Bechdel, Ruben Bolling, Jim Borgman, Jeffrey Brown, Ivan Brunetti, Jordan Crane, Tom Gammill, Sammy Harkham, Peter Kuper, Carol Lay, Bobby London, Patrick McDonnell, Tony Millionaire, Jerry Scott, R. Sikoryak, Jen Sorensen, Art Spiegelman, James Sturm, and Tom Tomorrow.
