Post by Usagi »

Well so sorry for not being on in a while. As most of you know Im down at Disney. My work days have been 50 to 60 hours a week 5 to 6 sometimes 9 days a week. I've also graduated to becoming a professional entertainer!- I've also fallen head over heals for a guy named James. he works down at Epcot and he is in the international Program for a year. He's from Wales. I admit I've fancyed him cense the day I saw him, litterly...I finally got the curage to talk to him on the phone tonight.....oh my gosh, the butterflies in my tummy..I don't belive I even felt this way about my ex- Nick...I mean.......wow.....what if something happends?..that keeps going through my head- it's exciting!....Life is pretty grand at the moment with a crush on the side....*giggle*

Wow, I didn't realize the entertainers at Disney work really long hours. You work the same hours that I do. Are you one of the characters and are the hours long because of choreography?

Good luck with work and the new guy.

@ Roel- I dident think so either. I will be going through my "color Coding" soon and "Face Charactor" auditions real soon. No Coriography though. I just do your normal Meet and greet and Dining- No Parades or shows yet. (unless they are for untraind performers)- I don't know why my hours are long. Im not Full or Part time- just College Program, and I thought, because of the new interns comming in, My hours would be more of a normal work day- but starting next week I'll be working 13 to 15 hour day's. I hear that Disney acctully has a performer Shortage, but i hate the CP benifits....

@ Mayhem- It's driving me nuts! Our work hours are crazy and we are always working!

@ tayocham- Yes a Crush! if it works out- I'll exstend my Stay- cense the international Program is one year- While mine is four months..

Keep well! When I was in college I put in two summers at a place called Cedar Point-- long hours there, but hardly a Disneyworld threat-- we used to get OC-- Open to Close--

Take care that you don't exhaust yourself!

Yay for the crush!!!!! SOOOO Cool!!!

Cedar Point? I love Cedar Point.
My future Mother-in-law lives right near there.
