It's nice to know that I am not the only one who takes pictures of food.

He'll be in Paris just a few days before I am. We did a signing in that city in 2001, along with David Mack. I will be at the St Malo Festival when he is at the Lucca Festival in Italy. Editor Diana is also a guest at Lucca this year.

Cartoon Books is coloring the Bone art for the Scholastic volumes. Also, here is a link to a couple more projects, including the Captain Marvel GN for DC.

I cannot wait to see the finished Captain Marvel series. It seems that it's taking forever, but I think we'll be glad he took his time. I like the preview art I've seen so far.

I liked the old cartoony Captain Marvel comics. I don't really like the character when they try to draw him in superrealistic detail. I liked the old silly Tawny the Talking Tiger type stuff.

My kids love the Bone books and our school library has the color Bone hardcovers. The librarian says she cannot keep them on the shelves.

I'm glad to see that the series is doing good but I kinda feel like something gets lost with the addition of color. Don't get me wrong, the new editions are beautiful...but they offer a completely different reading experience to me now.

I like being able to see it both ways. I really like black and white art and the Bone art is awesome. It really is different to see it in color but I think it casts a wider net that way. Some people really like color.
