I know that my english sucks day after day but well!!BADWORD happens!! .D

Written by Dean Motter __Illustrated by Dennis Calero

Jon Geoffries has just learned that the Earth has a twin, a parallel world in another dimension. The two worlds are closely linked. Most people have nearly identical counterparts of themselves on both Earths, and their fates are tied together. If your counterpart dies on the other world, you die, too. It's inescapable.

The twin Earth is mirror of our own, except that human society is nocturnal. And our worlds are phased in such a way that when it is day in one it is night in the other. The night world is similar to our own but it is marked by cultural differences as the result of humanity developing in darkness. A shared history and population tie these worlds together. Each major event has a similar reciprocal event. There are unscrupulous types that seek to affect events in one dimension by manipulating those in the other. They do this by means of the rare individuals who have no doppelgangers and are able to move from world to world. These people are referred to as 'Uniques'."

Jon is one of those Uniques, and he's a target of ruthless enemies who plan to use the connection between the Earths to control the fates of billions.

My script is being illustrated by Dennis Calero of Marvel's X-Factor fame. I couldn't be happier with the way it's turning out.

Yes, Motter's work is fantastic. I have both the Mr X and Sacred & Profane series, having bought them when they first came out. I've known Ken Steacy for quite awhile, and I have a drawing from S&P that he did for me way back in July of 1982. You might also remember that Ken did a beautiful Usagi painting that was used as a cover to one of the Fantagraphics comics.

chan!!!

I didnt know that one,I am looking right now for the cover of ken of usagi!!!

My problem with Sacred & Profane is that the magazines of epic are very expensive, and the graphic novel that collects all the material of epic that was released by eclipse,is very difficult to find!!!but one day I know I will find it!!

Mister X I am collecting the trade paperbacks that were released by Norma Editorial,a publisher of Spain that is reprinting the series that was reprinted by Ibooks.I always look foward to the work in english, but in this case, the tps that Norma offers are very cheap that is why I am buying them in spanish...Apart from that the trades that ibooks reprinted the also have the stories of A1 of neil gaiman and dave mckean, and also the one of bill sienkiewicz!!!It is such a fantastic work...

did you know stan that there is a one shot done by peter milligan and brett ewins of mister x??that is called Mister Insect X special in 1990??If you doubt of buying it because it isnt motter, give it a try because it is worth!!!

saludos!!!

like always my english sucks!!!
