Comic strips and artists.....

Post by Steve Hubbell »

Who do you like out of the newspaper strips?

Personally, I am pretty easy to please and like a lot of things like Calvin and Hobbes, Zits, Baby Blues, Dilbert, Frazz, Get Fuzzy, Foxtrot, etc. (all of which are routinely collected into books).

One strip which I've been reading on a regular basis for most of the last year (and which has been around since 1990) is The Buckets, drawn by Greg Cravens.

Strangely, Greg took over the strip which was originally created by Scott Stantis, and there are no collected volumes of the strip even though it is consistantly a very funny and enjoyable cartoon.

Well Steve,

Sad to say, I haven't bought a newspaper in years. But I liked Calvin and Hobbes, Bloom County, The Far Side, Broom Hilda, B.C., Garfield, and peanuts. I don't think I've seen The Buckets. Peace, maka
