Internet problems

AT&T is promoting their new, more expensive internet upgrade, so, of course, their current one (that I use) is suddenly riddled with problems. I can't get on most the time, and when I do it's really, really slow.

I call for tech support this morning, and a recording directed me to their on-line tech help. If I could get on-line, I wouldn't need their tech support in the first place.

Oh well, things will probably get back to normal once this promotion ends. Hopefully.

Incidentally, I dumped AT&T years ago. In my personal experience, they are possibly the most crooked company I've ever dealt with, and their customer service stinks to boot :(

I'm on-line again--and quite fast--something that hasn't happened in the past 4 days. Hopefully this will last.
