hi felloew dojo members!
a few months ago sergio stated in an interview about his future mini series groo vs conan that he would be spreading more news about when the issues will be released and so forth at san diego comic con..(back then the first two issues had been completed)...
so I am stalking the net for infos on this series but a week from san diego I still can't even find ANY news of sergio and mark pannel or if he even appeared there in the end..)has anyone a clue on this?stan, have you been at a groo pannel this year?...also of interest is the upcomming maxi series groo:friends and foes...

Groo vs Conan is on very temporary hiatus right now, until a new Dark Horse editor is assigned to the project. Groo meets Tarzan will follow. Friends and Foes may come next.

Meanwhile, Sergio is busy on Mad Magazine, Sergio Funnies from Bongo, and other projects including a new Yoplait yogurt ad campaign.

I was indeed on the Sergio and Mark panel at San Diego. Colorist Tom Luth could not make it down because of personal conflicts, but original colorist Gordon Kent ably filled the vacant seat.

thanks for the information there.oh, I hope a new editor is found/can pick up this project again...I have already a standing order for funnies and should recieve the first issue sometime soon...
I also learned today that sergio will be in one of the next issues of dark horse presents´....
