Hello all,

I just wanted to keep you all updated on my condition and course of treatment. So thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers so far in this matter.

Tomorrow will (hopefully) be my last scheduled chemotherapy treatment. Afterwards, I'll need a Pet/CT scan to check how effective the treatments have been. My doctor is confident and hopeful for a positive outcome (as am I!) So the countdown has begun!

Also, this brightened my mood immensely when I stumbled across this news item awhile back. As my avatar suggests, along with rabbit samurai, I'm also a huge fan of the cartoon Samurai Jack. Well, CN has announced that Genndy Tartakovsky is currently at work on a brand new season of Samurai Jack, set to debut later this year on Adult Swim's Toonami block. Rejoice!

Congrats of getting that chemo all done. My mother had cancer and went through the whole chemo thing and I know that it takes a lot of energy out of a person. Good luck with it and I hope your doctor gives you the all clear. Thanks for keeping us updated.

My last treatment was delayed by a week due to a low white cell count but thankfully, I've since had it so technically, we've crossed the finish line! Hooray!

Later this week, I'll have my PET/scan to see how things are.
