Does anyone know how to get a copy of the FCBD book?

I went around to a few of my local shops, and none of them had any copies. Is there another way to get a copy?

It was originally scheduled for last week, but due to some unexplained delay it was rescheduled for this week (Sept 2).
So try your local shops again on Wednesday.
