I just finished reading Eiji Yoshikawa's Musashi last night. If anyone around here hasn't read the book I highly recommend it. If you are a fan of Usagi you will love it.
I have noticed that some Usagi characters are based on famous historical samurai and fictional characters from chambara. It made me wonder if there has ever been a UY character based on Sasaki Kojiro or the priest Takuan Soho?
