Thanks Kyle :)

And I also have a pretty good idea what the announcement is going to be...

Since it seems everyone already knows, I might as well just announce it. Once Disney is done building Star Wars Land, their next major expansion will be building Usagi Land!

Okay, maybe not...or will they?

Speaking of virtual, somebody mentioned in a comment on Jeff Smith's Facebook page that the people that created the Usagi VR experience would be demoing at SDCC. I haven't found any info on it yet, though.

They will be at my booth, though I don't know what times. I have quite a bit of stuff on the tables, so space is pretty limited for their equipment.

Thanks Stan. I guess I'll just have to buy a ton of stuff to open up some space for the VR people. :D

Thought I'd give a generic shopping update. I got about 90% of it done today. If I didn't PM you specifically, then that means I got everything on your list except:

Betty & Veronica #1 (Stan didn't have them yet, but should tomorrow)
Stan's Dark Horse signing card (Not available until the signing Friday)
Stan's Comixology cards (Not available until the signing Saturday)
Kong #2 (Won't be released until later in August)

The artist at Comixology that was signing today was sitting at a table with piles and piles of her cards that she could give out at her discretion, so I think I should be able to grab enough of Stan's for everyone that wanted one. I should be able to get plenty of the DH cards as well.

Okay, time to sleep now. Zzzzzzzzzz....

Awesome news, Kyle!

Thanks so much for the update and really hope you are having some time to enjoy yourself between running around for all of us here (or better yet, who are not there).

Kyle, awesome, can't thank you enough! Hope you're finding time to have a lot of personal fun between all the shopping you're doing so selflessly for others. If it's easy to get an extra signed DH card and Comixology card for me, I'd love them as well. Thanks!!

And a round of thanks from me too Kyle!
I think we all greatly appreciate the assistance you give us non-attendees.

p.s. ... please add the Dark Horse card to my pile also when you have the chance. :)

Riding the trolley to the convention center right now. I'll be getting Comixology and DH cards for everyone, if I can, even if you didn't ask for one. I'm not sure what the DH card at will be, but if I had to guess I'd say it's the Thieves and Spies cover.

Don't worry, since most my shopping is done, these next four days will be Kyle's fun time. I was planning on attending Stan's two signings anyway, so it's just a matter of grabbing more than one when I'm there.

It's just been confirmed in a panel that Usagi is indeed coming to the TMNT toy line and cartoon. No other details right now, but I expect I'll learn more at the TMNT panel tomorrow where they're supposed to have details on the upcoming season.
