25 years!!!
Konichiwa!! Has it really been 25 years?! WOW!!! And the high quality of the comic has stayed the same! THe same great artwork and the same engrossing storylines! Subarashi!!!

Usagi Yojimbo first appeared in print in Albedo #2, dated November 1984.
27 Years
Dark Horse Comics published their first comic - Dark Horse Presents #1 - in July 1986.
25 Years
Stan Sakai moved to Dark Horse at the end of 1995, with the Space Usagi Volume 3 "ashcan" edition being dated November 1995.
16 Years
No matter how you count them, they are some significant numbers, and a grand acheivement for both Stan and Dark Horse!
27 Years
Dark Horse Comics published their first comic - Dark Horse Presents #1 - in July 1986.
25 Years

Konichiwa!! I have issues from all of Sakai-sensei's publishings. Except "Albedo" that is. I first came upon Usagi in the pages of "Critters". A friend in college put me onto Usagi.( and that was MANY moons ago!)
And I've been hooked ever since! Usagi even got me picking up Samurai movies.First on VHS and now on DVD. He also rekindled my love of Kung Fu movies as well.
Sakai-sensei's influence and inspiration has also shown up in my own artistic ventures. I was even lucky enough( and privileged ) to have two of my fan drawings printed in the back pages of an actual issue of Usagi!!
So...long live the rabbit ronin!!!
