I really like that video, but I think everything you said about Noriko is actually pretty similar to the way many people on the internet have been describing Yuuki Terumi from BlazBlue. I find their personalities extremely similar as they are both sadistic, short-tempered, and downright monsterous. Here's a video where in one brief section, they talk about Terumi, aka Hazama.

Also, remember when Noriko threatened to cut off Usagi's hand? Well, Terumi actually did that to Ragna the Bloodedge.
