Who is this and why is he signing Julie's Usagi print?

That's Matt Enterline (and his wife in the green shirt). He (along with Emi) did colors on the cover. He also does graphic design (he did the work for the demon Usagi shirt, among other things). And he's signing for a certain someone you might know that's wearing the Edward Scissorhands shirt.
