The 1998 Cherry Blossom Festival

Location: Montery Park, California
The UYD invaded Montery Park and attended the annual Cherry Blossom Festival! It was an awesome day, with tons of Japanese cultural attractions, food, merchandise, and entertainment. But best of all, Stan Sakai was there, promoting Usagi Yojimbo at the Heritage Source booth! He brought a ton of UY books as well as the prototype of the new UY figure from Antarctic. RYAAAA!!! Usagi looks cool, and so does Spot. Check out these pics:
