Lionheart was a character created by Tom Stazer. We collaborated on a story (he wrote, I illustrated) for a back-up in issue 23 of the Fantagraphics run. Tom also wrote and illustrated a number of other Lionheart stories for Critters and other issues of UY. He was the only other person to do a back-up story in the Mirage run.
I'm not sure who Vicky is. Are you referring to the "villain" in Josh Quagmire's Cutey Bunny comics from about 14 years ago? I believe I did do a pin-up for him though I'm not sure which of the half dozen or so issues it appeared in.
