While awaiting next month's Grasscutter 2 TPB I was browsing the Dark Horse's list of past and upcoming Usagi issues and I realized that it's about time for another set of UY issues to go the TPB route. What will the next collection include? By my best estimate it should have issues 46 - 51; the two-part Usagi and Gen adventure, Chizu solo story, the story where usagi hits the guy with a fish (which seems a bit like a Inazuma and Keika story to me, even though they don't show up until the end), the two part Usagi, Gen and Kitsune adventure and finally the Kitsune expose. Maybe the young Usagi story from Dark Horse Maverick? I know this collection probably won't be out for at least six months,but are there any details avaliable about it yet?
I also noticed that starting with the just released issue 53, all the story synopsises on the Dark Horse site have something to do with fathers and sons. Was this intentional? Since usgai will soon be united with his own son (I'm assuming at least) it would provide for an over-all theme for the TPB those issues are collected in. I noticed when reading through the Demon Mask TPB that most of the stories have to do with super-natural threats, fabricated and otherwise. Do all (or most) of the collections deal have some kind of overall arc or theme to them, even when they're just a collection of short stories?
