Tomoe's Story was printed in the first UY color special from Fantagraphics and has not been reprinted.
The four color specials had their own continuity and Usagi's current adventures in the black and white series has not yet caught up with the color stories. They will catch up in a couple of years and the color stories will be reprinted (in black and white) in one of the forthcoming trades, about Book 19 or 20.
