Hmm, I think I would vote against including the material.

I like to read the TPB as books - as a complete story. And, much as I enjoyed issue 100 - it was not part of the story.

Darn. That would have been perfect for me. However, by the time I arranged a US address (I live in Canada) for shipping - someone else had jumped on them.

Oh well, guess I will just have to keep watching.
