I doubt it's the entire story. If I remember right, Genji isn't even in a third of the novel, which takes place "after his death," an item of confusion for even scholars.

Given his apparent supernatural powers, I really want to know his origin. It may effect how I view Usagi's universe.

I'd put this in the other thread but I think it's dying. I'm going to an interview to teach English in Japan this weekend and will have to give a presentation which I think will be a lesson type demonstration. I thought I'd copy a page of Usagi and leave the words blank. Then I'd teach them some voc...

My only advice is to remember this one, life saving sentence. Excuse spelling issues. Oterai desu ka? You'll thank me later. And that is...?? I'm thinking of going with the story-telling idea. Maybe photocopying one of the shorter stories and blanking out the words so they can fill them in with voc...

Yes, it is a position to teach English. I'm spending efforts in finding an affordable hotel right now, but I like these ideas and would appreciate any more.

I started UY right at this story arc. Now that I have it in v.17, I'm getting rid of the issues to make way for more comics. So if anyone wants the, I'll let them go for cover price plus shipping. Otherwise I'm going over to ebay (yikes!)

How about Kitsune? (If I remember her name right)--the thief performer who "does what a lady can to get by?" I think she would fit in great with an Inspector Ishida story.
