What got me confused is that the limited hardcover of volume 1 shows all of the softcover printing dates on the copyright page and then gives that book as the First Hardcover Printing. However, the limited of volume 2 is described on the copyright page as the Second Hard...

Every copy I've found of the S&N HC of Book 2 is a 2nd printing, including this one! Does anyone out there know why this is? Were there two printings of the S&N HC of Book 2 or did all the signed copies come from the second printing?

Any help would be appreciated!
