Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
Okay so its time for me to choose a winner! It took me a long time to be honest. All of you guys had some really neat ideas especially the folks who went out of the box thinking of traditional tabletop game ideas I really enjoyed them. The winner is...... Trevis Woods! I felt as though Trevis went i...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
Duude. This sounds incredible. Also you made me want to hunt down that Samurai Jack game bigtime! I have a question, who would you want to voice Usagi? Or would you want it to be text only? Your level ideas sound so good, my favorite is the mystery solving with Inspector Ishida I really loved him. ...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
I'm kind of old fashion and tend to like my games that way as well. I was "going" to say that and then say that LenLovecraft was going to have a hard time trying to pick a winner out of all these great idea, then the idea of a Usagi Yojimbo chess set popped into my head unbidden, so I gue...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
Super FUN question!!! I would personally love to see a role playing type game (think AD&D) well developed where you could be any character-type you wanted. I know this is not a "video game" but we have too many of those as it is (in my opinion) and I prefer the imagination based games...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
I'm not a big video game guy, other than the occasional CofD with my kids, but I do remember playing a Samurai Jack game with my kids a few years ago on the Gamecube. I believe it was also available on PS2. Now you know how long it has been since I played  The game, while not perfect, had that...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
An open world MMORPG is the obvious suggestion here, but I've got a couple of others in my mind... 1) Remember Konami's four player beat em up games from the late 80s and early 90s? TMNT, The Simpsons and so forth? That formula, along with comic accurate graphics, could easily be transposed into th...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge Nov 10 - Nov 16
This is a good question! :D I'd like to see an open world, Skyrim -style game ( Skyrim is the best). That way, we could get great action, but also really capture the "wandering" feel found in UY. Also, you could interact with people using dialogue choices, go on side quests with Gen, Sasu...

Weekly Trivia Challenge Dec 7 thru Dec 13
Dear UYD members. First and foremost i'd like to say how happy I am to have found you guys. You are really great and exceptional people, I really admire how passionate you are about this comic and I'm positive Sakai-Sensei couldn't have asked for a better bunch of fans. I'm new and this is my first ...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge: Dec. 1 - Dec. 6
Dear UYDers, Here's the winners: Question #1 winner: Gaffey. The answer "Usagi's bag/sling is missing (left shoulder, no solid black line) - page 4 - panel 3" In all other panels, you can see the sling or bag on Usagi. It's consistent details like this that make this comic great. Question...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge: Dec. 1 - Dec. 6
I have a couple of ideas for question 2. BTW, all are great answers so far. No particular reason other than I'd like to see them included in the roster simply because some of them also have anthropomorphic characters. My first choice was Sergio Aragones..... already done! How about... Walt Disney? ...

Re: Weekly Trivia Challenge: Dec. 1 - Dec. 6
For Question #2 on this weeks trivia i'd like to name a Mangaka if I could. I'd really like it if Nobuhiro Watsuki the creator of the renowned Samurai manga Rurouni Kenshin did the intro. Watsuki-san was an artist on weekly shounen jump who drew almost 15-20 pages per week. He’s a big fan of the Sam...

Re: Weekly "Trivia" Contest 17-23 November
There's a reason for the quotes around the word trivia in the title... I did this type of question before, so it seems fitting to try it again on a short week. In the Usagi universe, we have Jei, who was named as such because it was a play on words Jei-san for "Jason", the killer in the F...

Re: Do you listen to any music while reading Usagi?
A bit of a late welcome to the Dojo LenLoveCraft!!! I do love to listen to music while reading at night or just to have on background at work. My go-to favorite is the Seven Samurai Original Soundtrack for most any occasion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOQEvtztigI Great discussion! Thank you fo...
