I think my first usagi custom attempt is going to be to try to turn this:

going to take a little bit of sculpting but what the heck I have time on my hands...

actually I looked him up on a thundercats site, and even though it is a wolf charectar with a little sculpting putty he might turn into a good Ninja... the trick would be for me to find a loose one at a good price... guess I need to go start checking out ebay some more...

Take one figure and modify it into other figures kind of like this guy does with superhero stuff...

I was so happy to finally have Usagi and Gen standing side by side on my shelf that I started thinking that they need so company so I bought up a bunch of TMNT figures off of ebay to use as bases for some custom figures from Usagi's world... So my question is this, has anyone else made custom Usagi ...
