Weekly Trivia Contest 25 January - 1 February
Hi all,
Apologies for the short window on this one. I didn't realize it was up to me to post a new question! Rookie mistake.
Okay, here goes:
What full-length Usagi story was an expansion on a previously published two-page short story?
Please name the story and issue number of the long story as well as the name and number of the original two-pager.
PM me answers, thanks!

Weird... the other day during one of my frequent searches through the old threads of the Dojo (there's always something interesting to read), I found what you are talking about.Steve Hubbell wrote:Hey, I asked this one a long time ago, but I made a really weird riddle out of it....

Don't worry, I remembered the riddle and that's what made me think I knew the answer too

Hi all,
Five correct answers came in, in this order:
1 Mayhem
2 Steve Hubbell
3 Lobster Johnson
4 Maka
5 Trevis Woods
And a random number generator has chosen #5, Trevis Woods as the winner. Nice work, Trevis!
I'm bummed that I chose a question that had been used before, even if it was well-hidden in a riddle. Next time it's my turn, I'll be extra diligent about coming up with an original question.

Oh, and the answer, for those of you who were stumped:
The two-page, black, and white, "One Night in the Cold" from Critters #23, 1988, was expanded a whopping SIX years later into the full color "The Lizard's Tale" which ran in Usagi volume 2 issue #6.
