MrMikeyRyan, good question. For questions like this, I based them off of interviews Stan has given in magazines, blogs, videos, or podcasts. I think it was older than a recent interview because I remembered the answers from the interview sections in the hardcover collection of the Fantagraphics run. Treasure trove of Stan lore, it is!
