Day 1 guess - MY NEW JEI SHIRT IS REALLY AWESOME AND I WANT TO THANK KYLE FOR GETTING IT FOR ME! = Wrong
Day 2 guess - VIPER JOE! = what? SPOT! = Uhh, no
Day 3 - I don't even understand your clues.
Frank Cho = Monkeyboy
Stan Sakai = Chief monkey?
Where's Benedict Cumberbatch when you need him?
Ha! I'm right there with you in Completely Lost Land, Brother!!! At least we have some company, eh?

Clue recap....
1. Don't be distracted by the shout out to Kyle....
2. ....it is a "hidden message" not a simple word search puzzle!
3. "the chief monkey and his two dozen simian cronies" informed me that a simple word search puzzle was too easy for all of you
4. The thank you to Kyle for the awesome Jei t-shirt was just a distraction, it has nothing to do with the hidden message
5. ".....only the chief monkey contributed to the hidden message while all the other monkeys typed gibberish....."

Well, I had given up, but I decided to give it one more try while the hockey game was on. I removed all the words related to Kyle and your new shirt.
Nothing is clicking. Maybe I don't know what a hidden message puzzle is.
25 simians (chief + 2 dozen cronies) have something to do with an old piece of hidden picture art? 25 simians = 25 years.
Hey, I just realized I'm not very good at hidden picture puzzles either. I can't find twenty-five 25s.
Apparently, someone understood my clues and sent me an answer with the correct solution to the puzzle. Congratulations to go for being the first to figure things out and send in an answer.
And the picture of the woodcutter couple was just a picture of some monkeys, posted since everybody else was posting pictures of monkeys.
I would post the answer now, but there are still two more prizes to go, and still four more days of torture to endure......
I love the tease of you give people with pictures of the prizes. It keeps them engaged and keep on trying. Great job Steve! The best trivia contest this year in my book. Peace, maka

To tell the truth, I am amazed at how few of these Mouse Guard sketchbooks are on ebay!
