December trivia/search with prizes!

Okay, I'll be doing another monthly prize (I'll update with the prize once I get an image put together). Since this month is full of holiday time and the weekly trivia may not run as consistently as usual, I thought I'd do a scavenger hunt of sorts that will run the entire month. It begins right now and will finish at the end of the month/year.
One of the things I enjoy about Usagi is the death skulls that Stan draws when characters die. I've noticed, however, that generic characters tend to get a generic death skull, but more prominently featured characters often get specific death skulls that reflect how they look. So, for this search, the challenge is to find these unique death heads. To keep people engaged and so no single person takes them all, there are a couple simple rules:
1. You must list where you found the unique skull (issue and page, or volume and page). Generic skulls don't count. If you attach a picture, even better.
2. You can only submit a single new unique skull per day.
3. It only counts if someone else hasn't listed that particular skull yet, so no repeats!
And that's it. Every skull you submit will add an additional entry into the random number generator, so the more skulls you submit, the greater chance you have of winning the prize!
For reference, here are a couple of the generic death skulls (they've slightly evolved over the years, but you can see they are all pretty similar. The unique skulls you're looking for are fairly obvious and will look like their character).

*reserved for prize update*
As always, thanks to Stan for all the items he has donated for these giveaways. They wouldn't be possible without his generosity. Special thanks to Shadowfax for his donation this month of the Role Playing Game book and Maichan for donating the
Yokai: Ghosts and Goblins of Japan mini-book included in this month's prize pack.. More thanks goes out to all the artists who have been kind enough to provide original sketches for the sketch cards (especially Travis Hanson, who has provided 5 of them so far). Finally, thanks to all of you for participating and making this a great forum.
About the artist - This month's original Usagi sketch card is by Travis Hanson. Travis is the Eisner nominated creator of web comic The Bean, described as an "epic fantasy tale of a dishwasher." Besides his work on The Bean, Travis has written several other books, contributed to The Sakai Project (page 132), and recently successfully crowdfunded his kitty vs alien card game
No Mercy. You can learn more about his work here:

This sounds fun. Would you like to limit it to one entry per person per day? Anyway, here's my first submission.
The Tangled Skein (page 3) - Lord Hikiji's men (not generic because they're wearing cute little hats)

That sounds like a simpler way of doing it. I've changed the rules to this.

Are people sending you answers via PM? I'm surprised that there hasn't been another post on this thread.

None via PM so far. Hopefully everyone posts straight to the thread, otherwise I have to copy the PM and paste it here so people can see what skulls have already been done. Posting straight to the thread saves me the extra work of reposting any PM's.

Off topic: I've been messing around with the save draft function on Posting. I know, why am I getting so excited about this board feature? But it is nice to be able to write the post at home at night and safe it as a draft for posting the next day (since we can only post one per day).
