OK, so an easy one for my first question.
Katsuichi-sensei trained at least 4 students after he left Fujiyama's dojo. Name them and any issue their training is shown/mentioned.
"Oh but we all know so-and-so". Fine, send me any issue his training is either mentioned or shown then

I thought it was an easy one, but only Mayhem submitted an answer, so it must have been harder than I thought. Oh my
Anyways, I'll quote his answer:
"Besides Usagi, there's Shunji, Shunichi and Jotaro. Maybe one day we'll see the two that Katsuichi trained before Usagi. As for issues, well it was covered across much of the "Samurai" story in Fantagraphics issues 1-8..."
