Okay, since this is a shorter trivia week, let's make it an easy one. How many Groo references can you spot in Usagi's "The Tea Cup" (v.1 #11, 1988)? I've counted nine, myself (a free one: I've only counted the use of "mulch" once).
Bonus points for anyone who brings me extra Groo references outside of this story!

Yes, I consider Sunday to end on my Monday morning. Who knows, we might have Dojo users in Alaska or Hawaii
I actually had counted 11 references, not 9. But Steve added 2 more (in bold) I had not caught. Here they are:
1. poem on page 2
2. Spear maidens below poem
3. "Gen does what Gen does best" page 3
4. Slow of mind reference on page 4
5. Mulch references on page 4
6. Boat sinking on page 7
7. Mendicant reference on page 10
8. Groo cameo on page 16
9. "...as any fool can plainly see!" on page 16
10. "I ought to mince you into mulch!" on page 16
11. Groo Crew (Aragones, Luth, Sakai & Luth) cameo appearance on page 20
12. Gen & Usagi walking into ambush of enraged innkeeper and guards on page 20
13. moral on page 20
Congratulations, Hubbell-san!
