-Italy (Lucca 2015)
-U.K. (a few appearances, including Lakes International Comics Festival 2017)
-Spain (Barcelona recently)
-Croatia (Zagreb a few weeks ago)
-Japan (as shown in the Escapade to Japan part 2 book by Steve)

4-Mayhem. Even though you tried two guesses for the last one and I have not found evidence that Stan went to France recently, I considered the answer correct.

Spain, Croatia, UK, Italy... I know he's been there for cons... hmmm... France? Japan?

As Stan was born in Japan, I wasn't sure if Japan would count as "foreign" heh... so yeah, hedging my bets slightly, but he does go to France a fair bit, and Spain

I suppose this means I'd better think of a question...!
