I got only two answers:
1-Mayhem:
This is probably horribly wrong as I'm running it off to the top of my head...

Lord Noriyuki (same issue but a page or so later!)

2-Gaffey:

There was a small trick: Tomoe and lord Noriyuki both first appear on the first panel of the first page of "Lone Rabbit and Child" (even though we don't see Tomoe's face), so both answers are correct.
