Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

now that we are all hype about the new usagi figures coming out this year, let's look at some of the past usagi and usagi related action figures.
not sure about the correct order they were released, i'm just going to go by the copyright on the back of the card.

usagi copyright 1989 with 19 figures pictured on back of card. usagi with pop up mutant display copyright 1989 with 19 figures on the back.
has yellow sticker on the front and you can see the yellow cardboard display behind usagi. picture of a few of the different pop up mutant displays and the figures they came with.
usagi's was a beat down shredder and giant computer background.

Do you have special versions? The sword handle is silver/gray on all of your figures, but the figure on every package has a blue handle. Has this already been discussed?

I think that's just a change they made after photographing, but before mass production. They probably considered painted swords during the prototype and photographing stage, but it ended up being too expensive or impractical once it reached production so they went with unpainted silver swords. I don't like the all silver swords, so am painting mine.

So the blue handle Usagi will be worth THOUSANDS like the rocket launching Boba Fett.
