Usagi Yojimbo: Book Six
My dad let me order this book for Christmas, and I've order this particular volume because I heard some good things about it. It even made it in a top 100 greatest comic books(forgot what number it was in), so does anyone here recommend it? I can't wait to read it.

Hmm, the story arc "Circles" is particularly interesting. Usagi is back home and faces both one of his oldest demonic enemies and a matrimonial secret that I, personnally, didn't suspect.
I mean, I didn't suspect things went so far. It was just a picnic, right ?
The other stories are enjoyable as well, especially the one with Shubo and the gambler.

Circles, in Book 6 is part of my favorite multi-part story line, the relationship between Usagi, Mariko, and Kenichi. Going by original release date, it starts in the two-part story "Home-coming", continues in the multi-part story "Samurai", and concludes (kind of) in "Circles". Great book and definitely worth reading. But then again, they all are.

Hello,
well, there is very little of Marikos background to be found in UY; Stan seems very reluctant to explore the background of mothers
.
As yet, we know very little about Usagi's mother (she didn't even appear), Noriyuki's and Kenichi's parents (dito)...
But then again, we are talking about relatives of secondary (not to bring them down, mind you) characters; Mariko kind of stands out, but nevertheless, she appears only briefly.
There are so many stories yet to be told....

I think you'll like the TPB; not that there are any not to be liked...
Should you pry into what stories are in it, btw? Isn't it meant to be an X-mas surprise??!
