Fantastic! :D

To echo Fanfan's question in the David Petersen's "Seasons of Usagi" thread: Any idea when and where this will be published?

It will be used as an upcoming back cover of the comic--hopefully #102.

That looks really great :)

(btw Usagi really needs to attack its weak point for massive damage ;) )

Nice piece Stan! The fight with the crabs was my favorite part of MG.

I should have said "paraphrase Fanfan's question" since I was inquiring about the publishing of your picture of Usagi and Sade (?) of the Mouse Guard.

I love Usagi and I really enjoy Mouse Guard.
Seeing the two together made me smile.
Very nice piece.

My deadline for the piece was the end of April (I got it in a bit early), so I suspect the book will go to press around the beginning of May. That would make it for a June or early July release--just in time for San Diego.

Don't you have a smaller version of that image? Something perhaps that's the size of the screen? That image is just way too big.

I uploaded the image that I obtained from Stan. It has the most detail possible, in case you want to print out a personal copy. For a smaller image, I'd recommend saving it to your HD, and resampling it to a smaller size... Also, most browsers are able to resize large web images so they fit the screen. It's just a matter of setting the right option.

Yeah, it's just I don't know how to re-size it. If it was only half the size, it would be more managable.

Here's a smaller version.. It's about 1000x1000, and only 399K...
