Thanks for the interest. It's right up on my website, page down on the right and click on "Stan Sakai"...

Ah that one, I had seen it before a long while ago. Still looking as good as ever :)

Sketchbook 4 is what I'd like!

If it turns out no one claims the last of the posters...might be nice. But if there are other fans more desperate for wanting them, I can forego it on their behalf.

So far, only one or two people have asked for one, so you've got it. Don't forget to bring a mailing tube at least 18 inches long.

ONLY one or two???

I would have thought they'd be gone by now!

I would like one of the French advertising flyers/mini-poster, and of course, sketchbook 4.

Thanks,

Adam.

If they are not already gone, I too would like to get my hands on a 100th issue poster.
Hopefully there'll be some Fantagraphics trades left by the time I get there.

I'm so excited, I only recently got into Usagi and though this isn't my first Comicon...it'll be the first that I spend a bunch of money a Stan's booth :D

I assume there will be a good selection of original artwork as well?

Will you also have any of the Paquet postcards and bookmarks you mentioned from your Paris trip?

Oh - and welcome home! Good luck with recovering from the 9 hour jet lag.

Hi Stan

Please save hardcovers 18 and 19 for me. And a poster too.

What are the poster dimensions? I may have a portfolio to fit.

Best,

I will have those books. The poster is about 18x24 inches.

I will have sets of postcards behind the table, so anyone who wants a set, please ask. I won't have the Momie Manga bookmarks though. They were printed by a bookstore in Lyon, and Paquet only had a few to start with.

I'm just getting over the jetlag. I'm still waking up at 3 in the morning, and haven't done any drawing in the past couple of days. My hand is still a bit stiff from all the drawing I did in France. As Fanfan can tell you, I did a lot of sketches--almost 300 on Friday. By the time Sunday came about, we were giving out tickets for drawing according to what was bought, so I did less than 80 drawings that day. But we left early.

Hey Stan! Would you be able to save one of the posters for me too? I'd kill to get my hands on one!

In a bit of a bind at the moment, trying to organise what books to take to the con to get signed, though I know exactly which Usagi comic I'm bringing!

Peace!

I confirm. It was very impressive. Most of the artists at Japan Expo only signed for 2-3 hours a day, and quite slowly (and often a quick sketch)

But Stan was signing with such a virtuosity and so many sketches all day long...

This is my first San Diego, and FINALLY my first opportunity to meet Stan. I know it's getting close to con time, but I would love a commission of some sort. Stan, are you going to bring pre-done con commissions, or are you taking commissions there (or before?) If you're taking requests, I'd love an Inspector Ishida-san.

I'd also like a poster and a sketchbook volume 4.

I'm really thrilled about by first SDCC. I hope I can handle the crowds!
