I didn't see the top 11 (for some reason the page just ended on page 3), but the other 38 artist is good company. Fans vote for Mr. Sakai more than the artists of The Far Side, Simpsons, Akira, Mighty Atom, 1/2 of Love and Rockets, etc. And David Peterson made the list too.
I guess the Stan Sakai fans are more vocal than most.
Ya, sorry I should've mentioned that they're revealing the list bit by bit and today's instalments bring the list up to 11 - so far. Stan seems to have 4 #1 votes - so three other people put him as #1 on their list of 10. That's kool!
