I was excited about this as well, but from what I hear it has been put on hold. Hope we do get to see this story.

remember in Grasscutter how Inazuma acted a lot like Jei at the end?
well, Jei got exorcised out of Inazuma's body. (thanks, shanshobo.)

Book 22: Tomoe's Story is just being published in Poland. Inazuma's death (and Jei's origin) will be in Book 25: The Darkness and the Soul. It will be published in the US in 2010, and Poland soon after.

This project would, I imagine, be a ‘What If’ type of story – in a parallel reality of sorts. That being the case, it’s not too far fetched for Stan to make use of Inazuma, if he so desired. It could also be easily set at a point in time prior to her death.

Just a thought anyway.
