Albedo #2 CGC 8.5

What do you think a Albedo #2 CGC 8.5 would sell for right now? I have been offered one and I am considering buying it. All opinions are appreciated.

My opinion would be anywhere from $425-$575. Graded comics get so much hype yet, a lower grade slabbed book can outsell a non-graded book that is in better shape.

I know this is an old thread but did you ever end up buying that Albedo 2 CGC 8.5 and if so, for how much?
