Ahhh... the card sounds cool, and I can't wait to see what the NCS charity print looks like!
FYI for everyone.... there is an image of the NCS charity print on Stan's new website now, in the Art Gallery - http://stansakai.com/product/usagi-yoji ... rs-poster/

My art will be only one of many pieces that will be on the poster. Other contributors include Jim Borgman and Jerry Scott, Greg Evans, Jeff Keane, Patrick McDonnell, Bill Morrison, Tom Richmond, and Lynn Johnston.

Are you taking commissions this year? I would love to add to my Supporting Characters collection.

I'd like to get one of the new sketchbooks, too.

If possible, I would add my wish to Thomas'.

Indeed, if someone from here is willing to do a shopping run, please let me know. There would be stuff from Stan, David Petersen, and a quick visit to the IDW stand.

Stan,

My list :

1. The most recent HC
2. 2015 DH signing card
3. Last year's 30th anniversary DH UY button. Somehow I never saw any of those. I got the Hellboy, Avatar, and others, but no Usagi.

Thanks,

John H.

Stan Sakai wrote:I just learned that this year's signing card will have the image of the cover of UY Book 29: 200 Jizo. DH usually just publishes enough for the con. Give me an estimate of how many you will like beforehand and you can pick them up from me at the con. I will be signing at DH Friday morning, so will have them after that.
I think maybe 7 or 8 would do the trick. I have three more months worth of prize packs from the stuff you donated for the trivia giveaways, so can always throw a card in with each of those.

Also, unless I'm missing something, you don't have your own panel at SDCC this year, correct? I see you'll be on the Sergio & Mark Show panel and at the DH booth signing Friday morning. Any other special appearances for you?

Yes, those are the only two things I am committed to.

I will look for last year's card and button. I don't remember them. I don't even remember if we had a button or not.

Do you just want the 200 Jizo HC, or do you also want the UY: Sagas as well?

I don't recall there being an Usagi card last year, though it's very possible that I missed it if there was. There was the 47 Ronin signing card, however. Dark Horse also had some Usagi buttons, pictured below.

Dear Stan,

My friend, Jessica, said she can pick up some Usagi stuff for me at SDCC this year. I want to request one of the DH Usagi Jizo cards. If you have an new sketchbook, I would like purchase one.

Peace, maka

I won't have the Jizo cards until Friday afternoon. DH is printing them up for my signing at their booth Friday morning and I don't know how many they are printing, so I will put some aside for Dojo members. Make sure Jessica tells me it is for you.

Hi Stan,

Could you please hold a 2015 Usagi sketchbook and one of the 200 Jizo signing cards for me?

Todd has volunteered (or was drafted) to pick them up for me while he is at the convention.
