Previews has the cover for Vol. 4 #15 in the November solicits: https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/SEP200518
It is strange to see "Hi*Fi" under "Sakai" rather than "Luth".
It is probably safe to assume that the the same person would be coloring the interior.

So who or what is HI*FI?
I searched and found a few different answers on Reddit...

It's the pen name of colorist Brian Miller. I honestly don't know if it's just branding or if he's officially incorporated "Hi-Fi Colour Design," but as far as I can tell, everything credited to Hi-Fi was colored by Brian Miller.
Then searched a bit more, and found this on Twitter:I think it's the name of a studio. What does the credit say exactly?Yah, that's the name of a Colorist studio"Hi-Fi"Multiple guys working on it would be my guess. That way its in and out quickly.so the comic gets sent to the studio for colouring then? is this a new thing? what's the benefit of having colouring done this way rather than colourists?
And finally....Hi-Fi was founded by comic book colorist Brian Miller. Hi-Fi colors comics by DC, IDW, Titan, Dark Horse, SpongeBob, Image Marvel, Disney, & more...
