Fox is showing a new series of TMNT it's on right now Pacific and it looks much more Japanese/Anime oriented than past renditions and I was wondering if there are any plans for Usagi to appear (again?) in the future.

the new cartoon (though i only caught the tail end of it) does, indeed rock. and it is absolutely necessary for there to be an usagi guest appearance episode. any plans, stan?

There are no plans for a (third) meeting with the Turtles in their cartoon series.
