Thanks Gaffey. I'm not familiar with BAM, so wasn't sure if they took pre-orders for books, or how it might work out. Just have to be vigilant I guess.

The press release is vague enough that I can't tell if it's: a) limited to only the Diamond retailer presentation, or b) available to purchase, but will also be given away for free to the Diamond retailer presentation attendees. I'm hoping it's "b".

Yeah, there have been a couple of the IDW TMNT variants distributed in this fashion previously, and they were only available to attendees of the presentation/lunch. Every attendee is given a copy, so they haven't been THAT hard to find on eBay afterwards, just a little pricey.

I'm trying to supress the completist in me with all of these variant covers, but I love the look of the one for Other Realms in Honolulu.

Anyone have any experience ordering from them internationally?
