oh man, I know this plan too well;)...when I read about the 1 for 1 dollar usagi issues last year I immediatelly ordered a whole bunch of them and gave them away to friends and people I have had great hope in to just sit down some moment in their stressful lives and read an issue of usagi yojimbo....of course I was hoping that not my persuasion but the quality of the book itself would simply HAVE to get them on board.....
so far I haven't heard of such plans or any proof at all that some of them read the book at all...one still to go, though...ah_one reported back to me I recall and he liked it very much, so there was some new respect to my favourite comic book in the game;)....
god luck to you guys for getting more people to enjoy the beautiful deep world of comic art...

I was just informed by my comicdealer, I won't get one, because of that 1/10-thing.

I knew about it from either steve's, todd's or stan's post about it....;)and then I tried my comic book dealer and wham-he had it in the list...
