Yes, Julie did draw that. She also drew that "Usagi Chibi onesie and T-shirt" that the Japanese American National Museum (and other places) are selling.

so...um...what julie is that?;)I mean she is an artist, right?a cartoonist perhaps?
people here seem to know her and even figure out her work, so I am assuming the lady in question must be a cartoonist herself.
