The contest lasted all of 20 minutes (or less).

That was totally out of the blue for me. I just happened to look at the right time. I struggled a few minutes trying to recognize the style, and all of a sudden I thought, "you know, this looks like Randy's inking" so I went with that.

Stan's clue helped me to my final choice, "This person has a very distinctive style, but many people may be unaware of his/her work."

Since I have a few recent pieces from you, I was able to recognize the distinctive style in the panels that Stan shared. At first I thought it was a long shot, but I felt confident and managed to edge in my answer just a moment before Eltanin did.
